Shipping policy

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Print Only orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Free shipping only applies to the UK market and is for ‘Print Only’ orders only. If you buy multiple prints on the same order they are usually all shipped in one package. We ship within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked services.

You can upgrade to courier if you wish. This will be at your extra cost and will be chargeable at checkout.

Framed images are always sent by courier and shipping costs are calculated based on weight, your location and the number of framed images you have bought. These orders will usually be shipped within 7 working days.  Framed images are shipped per item so if you have bought multiple framed images you will be charged shipping for each individual item. We have no influence/control over this.

For international orders, we use Royal Mail International tracked services for prints within the EU/EEA. Framed images are shipped via courier.

All other international shipping is carried out via courier and the cost is calculated at checkout.

Please be advised that import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these charges may be. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item(s) minus shipping fees. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for customised orders, and additional shipping costs will need to be paid before we can attempt to resend the package.
